ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ (ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ )29 ਸਤੰਬਰ — ਅਸਾਮ ਦੀ ਡਿਬਰੂਗੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਐਨਐਸਏ ਤਹਿਤ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਤੇ ਵਾਰਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਪੰਥ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ ਚੁਨੌਤੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਜਿੱਠਣ ਲਈ ਪੰਥਕ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਖੜੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕਵਾਇਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦੇ ਭਲੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਰਾਜ ਭਾਗ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਥਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਖੜੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਿਮਾਇਤ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨ, ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ, ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾਂ, ਵਿਧਾਨ ਤੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਸਿਰਜਣ ’ਚ ਅੰਗ ਸੰਗ ਸਹਾਈ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਿ “ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਤਹਿਤ ਰਾਜਭਾਗ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਥਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਖੜੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ ਜੀ, ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਿਮਾਇਤ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ ਜੀ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ , ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾਂ ,ਵਿਧਾਨ ਤੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਸਿਰਜ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦੇ ਭਲੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਰਾਜ ਭਾਗ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰ ਸਕੀਏ ਜੀ ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਉਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਰਾਜ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਹੀ ਕਹਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਦੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੇ ਮੀਰੀ ਪੀਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਤਹਿਤ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ । ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭੇਜੇ ਸੀਲਬੰਦ ਲਿਫ਼ਾਫ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਿੱਖ ਫ਼ਲਸਫ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਚਾਹਵਾਨ ਹਰੇਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਦਾ ਹਿਰਦਾ ਦੁਖੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ ।
ਇਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਲਟਾ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਹੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਧਰਮੀ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਉਪਰ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਹੀ ਢਾਹਿਆ ਚਾਹੇ ਉਹ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਚਾਹੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਚਾਹੇ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ । ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਲੈਵਲ ਦੇ ਲੀਡਰ ਨੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਰ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ਼ਲਤਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਨੇ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਵਹੀਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਛੁਡਾ ਕੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਛਕਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਚਲਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਐਨ ਐਸ ਏ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਮੀਲ ਦੂਰ ਡਿਬਰੂਗੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ।ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਕੀ ਭਾਜਪਾਈ ਕੀ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸਭ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਹਿਮਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ।
ਸੋ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਰਵ ਉੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਏ । ਜੇ ਰੋਣਾ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਓਥੇ ਜੇ ਹੱਸਣਾ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਓਥੇ। ਇਹ ਸਾਡਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਏ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪੰਥ ਨਾਲ ਟੱਕਰਾਂ ਮਾਰਦੇ ਆ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਕੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ। ਤਾਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਉਦਾਹਰਨਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਵੀ ਰਹੀਆਂ। ਜਦੋਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਆ ਤੇ ਬੇਵੱਸ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਆ ਓਦੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਸਹਾਈ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਏ। ਸੋ ਅੱਜ ਅਕਾਲ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਵਹੀਰ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੇਨਤੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਕਿ ਮੀਰੀ ਪੀਰੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸੱਚੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿਰਜੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸੀਲ ਹੇਠ ਖੜੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਜੀ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ “ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਵਹੀਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਤਹਿਤ ਰਾਜਭਾਗ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਥਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਖੜੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ ਜੀ , ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਿਮਾਇਤ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੋ ਜੀ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ , ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾਂ ,ਵਿਧਾਨ ਤੇ ਜਥੇਬੰਦਕ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਸਿਰਜ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦੇ ਭਲੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਰਾਜ ਭਾਗ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰ ਸਕੀਏ ਜੀ’’।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਬਾਪੂ ਤਰਸੇਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਆਰਥਿਕ, ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਧੱਕਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਵੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਬਦ ਤੋਂ ਬਦਤਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਫਿਰੌਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੁੱਭਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ।ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਹਰੇਕ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਵਜੂਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਲੋਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਧਿਰ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿੱਦਤ ਨਾਲ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਆਸ਼ੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਿਸਟਮ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੈ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ,ਇਹ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਸੰਗਤ ਹੀ ਕਰੇਗੀ ਬੰਦ ਲਿਫ਼ਾਫ਼ੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਕਲਚਰ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅੱਜ ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ ਚੁਨੌਤੀਆਂ, ਸਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਾਤ ਪਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਮਾਨਸ ਕੀ ਜਾਤਿ ਸਬੈ ਏਕੈ ਪਹਿਚਾਨਬੋ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ’ਚ ਈਰਖਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਮੀਰੀ ਪੀਰੀ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਦੇ ਦਰ ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਤੇ ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦੇ ਭਲੇ ਵਾਲਾ ਰਾਜ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾਂ ਢਾਂਚਾ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਗਿਆ ਲਈ ਹੈ ਸੋ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੁੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਇਸ ਲਿੰਕ ਤੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੇ Waheer.com/new

Amritsar (Sri Akal Takht Sahib), September 29: The team of Bhai Amritpal Singh Khalsa, who is currently detained under NSA in Assam’s Dibrugarh Jail, has initiated efforts to form a Panthic political party to address the issues of Punjab and the Sikh community. The team offered prayers at Sri Akal Takht Sahib, seeking the blessings of Satguru Hargobind Patshah Ji for establishing a political party that would work for the welfare of the people of Punjab and uphold the spirit of “Raj Karega Khalsa.”
During their prayer, the team requested the support of the Sangat (community) in forming this Panthic party. They sought divine guidance for the party’s name, symbols, constitution, and organizational structure, aiming to establish a government that ensures the well-being of all under Sikh principles.
The team expressed their disappointment with past political parties, including those identifying as Akali, for failing to implement the Miri-Piri principle of Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji in governance. They criticized the influence of political families like the Badals in controlling Sikh institutions and decisions.
Additionally, they highlighted that past governments, whether Congress, BJP, or even the current Aam Aadmi Party, have consistently oppressed religious groups and inflicted injustice upon them. When Bhai Amritpal Singh launched a movement through Khalsa Vaheer to combat drug addiction and promote Sikh values, he was detained under NSA and sent far away to Dibrugarh Jail. All major political parties, including Congress, BJP, and Akali Dal, supported this injustice.
The team emphasized that the supreme authority for Sikhs is Sri Akal Takht Sahib, the highest spiritual and temporal court. They recalled how history shows that those who go against the Panth never succeed. When Sikhs face oppression, only prayers at Akal Takht bring relief.
Speaking to the press, Bhai Amritpal Singh’s father, Bapu Tarsem Singh, said that Punjab has been continuously oppressed on economic, religious, and social levels, and there is no justice visible anywhere. The situation in Punjab is worsening, and extortions have made life unbearable for everyone. He also mentioned that all decisions for Punjab are now being made in Delhi, and no regional political party has any significant presence left in the state.
He stated that there is a strong need for a new political front to protect Sikh interests, one that transcends caste divisions and follows the principle of “Manas Ki Jaat Sabai Ekai Pehchaanbo” (recognize the entire human race as one). He asserted that there is no room for jealousy or hatred in this new party. The time has come to end the culture of sealed-envelope decisions and address the challenges, issues, and concerns faced by the people of Punjab.
Before announcing the name and structure of the party, the team performed Ardas (prayer) at Akal Takht Sahib, asking for permission to proceed with their mission to establish a political organization that would uphold the ideals of “Raj Karega Khalsa” and work for the welfare of all.
