ਵਰਲਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਵੇਂ ਜਨਰਲ ਇਜਲਾਸ ਦੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਦਿਨ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਫਰੈਂਕਫਰਟ ਵਿਖੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੰਥਕ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਬੁਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਰੱਖੇ । ਬੁਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਰਲਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂੰ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ।
ਦੀਵਾਨ ਦਾ ਅਰੰਭ ਕੀਰਤਨੀ ਜਥੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਲਾਹੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਜਾਪ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਸਟੇਜ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ ਤੇ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਲਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਜਲਾਸ ਦੀ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬੁਲਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਈ ਹਰਦਿਆਲ ਸਿੰਘ (ਯੂਨਾਇਟਡ ਸਿੱਖਜ਼) ਯੂ. ਐਸ. ਏ. ਨੇ ਵਰਲਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ । ਭਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਵਿਤਕਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ । ਭਾਈ ਸਿਮਰਨਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਨੇਡਾ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੈਲੰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਾਰਗੇਟ ਕਿੰਲਿੰਗ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਖਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ । ਭਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਵਿਟਜ਼ਰਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਪਰਾਪਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਜੰਗ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ । ਭਾਈ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਏ ਪੂਰਨਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ ਵਰਲਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ । ਭਾਈ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਯੂਰਪ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ । ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਸਟਰੇਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਯੂਰਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾ ਸਰੋਤ ਹਨ।
ਭਾਈ ਅਮਰੀਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਹੋਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਜਦੋ ਜਹਿਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ । ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ (ਸੇਵਿੰਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ) ਯੂਰਪ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ, ਸਮਾਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਦੇ ਵਰਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ । ਭਾਈ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਯੂ ਐਸ ਏ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਹੁੰਦਿਆ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਡਾ ਫਰਜ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਈਏ । ਡਾ: ਇਕਤਦਾਰ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਚਾਨਣਾ ਪਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੋ ਦੋ ਮੁਲਕ ਬਣੇ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਪਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਤੇ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਉਠਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ । ਡਾ: ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਬਾਰੇ ਚਾਨਣਾ ਪਾਇਆ । ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਕ ਪੱਖਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ । ਭਾਈ ਜੋਗਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਯੂ ਕੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਆਓ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਕਾਰਜ ਕਰੀਏ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਇੱਕ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹਨ ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਰਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਵਰਲਡ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਵੇਂ ਇਜਲਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਮਤੇ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਸੁਣਾਏ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ, ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਏ ਪੂਰਨਿਆ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ । ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਟਰਾਂਸਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਰਿਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਅਤੇ ਸਨਾਤਨਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵੀ ਮਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ । ਮਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਰੂਸ ਯੂਕਰੇਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਇਲ ਫਲਸਤੀਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ । ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਚਾਲੀਵੀਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਨੰਗਾ ਕਰਨ ।
ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਪਤੀ ਤੇ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਅਫੇਅਰਜ਼ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਟੀ ਵੀ 84 ਦੇ ਭਾਈ ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰੋਪਾਓ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ।
On the third and final day of the fifth General Assembly of the World Sikh Parliament, an International Panthic Conference was organized at Gurdwara Sikh Centre Frankfurt. Speakers from various countries shared their thoughts with the gathered congregation. They highlighted the work undertaken by the World Sikh Parliament over the past year and outlined future plans.
The event began with a recitation of divine hymns by the Kirtani Jatha, after which Bhai Gurcharan Singh Guraiya took charge of the stage and provided a summary of the discussions held over the previous two days of the assembly.
Key speakers included Bhai Hardyal Singh (United Sikhs, USA), who spoke about the ongoing work with the World Sikh Parliament. Bhai Prabh Singh from Canada emphasized the importance of Sikhs strengthening themselves legally to combat discrimination. Bhai Simranjot Singh from Canada challenged the Indian government, asserting that Sikhs could not be eliminated through targeted killings. Bhai Pritpal Singh from Switzerland reiterated the ongoing struggle for freedom, while Bhai Manpreet Singh from England discussed the work done by the World Sikh Parliament in honor of Sikh martyrs.
Bhai Jagjit Singh urged European Sikhs to unite and address their issues collectively, while Bhai Gurvinder Singh from Australia expressed joy at meeting individuals who had contributed to the Sikh struggle. Bhai Amrik Singh Sahota reaffirmed the commitment to achieving Khalistan, and Bhai Gurpreet Singh (Saving Punjab) discussed the political, social, and environmental challenges facing Punjab. Bhai Himmat Singh (USA) stressed the duty of Gurdwara management committees to educate congregations on Sikh history and the ongoing struggle.
Dr. Iqtidar Cheema provided insights into international conditions, stating that the same forces responsible for the creation of India and Pakistan now supported the Sikhs. Dr. Amarjit Singh spoke about the significance of martyrdom and the principles of a Sikh state. Bhai Joga Singh (UK) called on all Sikh organizations to work together, emphasizing that all are equal in the cause.
Bhai Gurcharan Singh Guraiya read out resolutions passed during the assembly, including commitments to Khalistan, honoring Sikh martyrs, and resisting the growing influence of Hindutva on Sikhism. Resolutions also addressed global conflicts such as the ongoing Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Palestine wars, urging peaceful solutions. An appeal was made to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Sikh genocide on a large scale and expose India’s anti-Sikh actions.
The conference concluded with a ceremony honoring Bhai Amarjit Singh, Director of Khalistan Affairs Centre and TV 84, with a traditional Siropa (robe of honor).
