ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ: ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਅਸੀਂ ਅਕਸਰ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸਾਡੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਜੋ ਦਿਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਉਹੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਵੀ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਗੱਲ ਕਿਸ ਲਹਿਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਹੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਭਾਸ਼ਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਸਵੇਰੇ 6:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਤ 11:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਬੜੀ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝੀ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਦੱਸਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਮਰੋੜ ਕੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵੱਲ ਲੈ ਗਏ।
ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਤੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਅੱਜ 13 ਸਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ 13 ਸਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਚੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਪਈ ਤਾਂ ਰਾਜਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਾਥ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਜੇਕਰ ਮੈਂ ਗਿੱਦੜਬਾਹਾ ਤੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਲੜ ਰਹੀ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਦਮ-ਦਰ-ਕਦਮ ਚੱਲਣਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਉੱਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਤੰਜ
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਟਿਕਟ ਮਿਲੀ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ (ਬਿੱਟੂ) ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਰਾਜਾ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਟਿਕਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ, ‘ਮੇਰੀ ਪਤਨੀ 6:00 ਤੋਂ 11:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਬੇਇੱਜ਼ਤੀ ਕੀ ਹੈ? ਬਿੱਟੂ ਜੀ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਰਾ ਹੋ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਪਸੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਟਿਕਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਦੇ। ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਲਿਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ 33 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਖਵੇਂਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਵੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਅਜਿੰਹੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ,’।
Ludhiana: Amrita Warring Responds to Ravneet Bittu, Defends Husband Raja Warring
Amrita Warring, in response to Ravneet Bittu’s comments, stated that whatever Raja Warring says to the people is often what we all express. She explained that her family has always been open and straightforward, sharing their thoughts from the heart and making sure people understand the tone in which things are said.
Amrita Warring emphasized that humor has always been a part of speeches. Raja Warring wanted to convey that Amrita stays with the people from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, without time for her family, but despite this, the BJP made you a minister without winning, and yet you didn’t understand a simple matter. Raja Warring was trying to explain this, but you twisted it and took it to the point of disrespecting women.
Amrita Warring, a Congress candidate, further mentioned that today marks 13 years since Captain Amarinder Singh won the Gidderbaha seat and she too has been a part of Gidderbaha for the same period. She shared that whenever she needed something in life, Raja Warring has always supported her. She also acknowledged that if she is contesting from Gidderbaha today, it is due to his significant contribution. He has taught her how to walk step by step in this journey.
Sharp Remarks at Ravneet Bittu
Amrita Warring also addressed Ravneet Bittu directly, saying that when she received the ticket, Bittu had commented that Raja Amarinder Warring had given the ticket to his wife. Now, if Raja Warring jokes about his wife staying with the people from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, what is disrespectful in that? She told Bittu, “You are like a big brother to me, but you shouldn’t joke in such a manner. Congress has given you tickets many times, and the public doesn’t expect such comments from you.” She also mentioned that she wanted to write a letter to the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, saying, “You’ve made such a person a minister, yet you talk about protecting 33% of women. Such a person should never be a minister.”
