ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੇ 133 ਕੇਸਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ‘ਚ 19 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ
( ਬਾਬਾ ਸੁਖਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨਣਕੇ)- 1984 ‘ਚ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਦੇ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜ ਰਹੇ ਹੋਂਦ ਚਿੱਲੜ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਭਾਈ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਘੋਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਗੁੜਗਾਉਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਟੌਦੀ ‘ਚ ਹੋਏ 47 ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਸਮੇਤ 83 ਹੋਰ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ‘ਚ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੇ 133 ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਤਾ ਦੀ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿਖੇ 19 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਘੋਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਪਰੋਤਕ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ 297 ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣ ਚੁਣ ਕੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ‘ਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਬੀਬੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜਖਮੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਾਲੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਸ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਫੈਕਟਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹੋਂਦ ਚਿੱਲੜ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਦੇ ਗਵਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਪੀੜਤ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਨੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਰਿਟ ਨੰਬਰ 10904 ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਸ ਲਾਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪੈਰਵਾਈ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਵਕੀਲ ਗਗਨਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਟੌਦੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੀਵਨੀ ਬਾਈ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਖਮੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਵਿਆਹੀ ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਥਰ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਘੋਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਂਵੇਂ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਈ ਪੀੜਿਤ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਪੀੜਿਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣਗੇ |

In a conversation with journalists, Bhai Darshan Singh Gholia, President of the Honday Chillar Sikh Justice Committee, shared details about the ongoing legal fight for justice for the victims of the 1984 Sikh massacre in Haryana. He said that 133 petitions related to the killings of 47 Sikhs in Gurugram and Patodi, along with 83 other victims, will be heard in the Punjab and Haryana High Court on November 19.
Bhai Gholia explained that 297 Sikh homes were targeted during the violence in these cities, and many Sikh women and children were also injured. The violence also caused significant financial damage, with Sikh-owned factories in the area being destroyed.
The cases are being pursued through the testimonies of witnesses and victim Santokh Singh Sahni, with legal proceedings being led by senior lawyer Gaganpreet Singh Ball. Bhai Gholia described the brutal events in Patodi, where three children of Jeevni Bai were seriously injured and killed, and the husband of newlywed Kamaljeet Kaur was killed by attackers who threw stones, also setting their house on fire.
Bhai Gholia emphasized that even though many victims have passed away waiting for justice, the legal battle will continue without stopping to ensure the affected families get justice.
