ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੌੜੀ ਸੋਚ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ DMC ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ।ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦਿਵਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਜਮੂਹਰੀ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਘਾਣ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਰਲਵਾਂ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਰੰਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਦੇ ਫੜ ਕੇ DMC ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ। ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਹਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਾਂ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੇਣਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਤੌਹੀਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੋਂ ਸਟੇਟ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਨੰਗਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਰਤਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਅੰਨਦਾਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਖੱਜਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਨਾ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਅੰਨਦਾਤੇ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਾਦਰ ਹੈ। :-MP ਸਰਬਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ
The Punjab government stopped me from going to DMC with its narrow-minded approach. On the occasion of Indian Constitution Day, while undermining democratic rights, the Punjab government and the Indian government jointly acted by detaining farmer leader Jagjeet Singh Dallewal at DMC Ludhiana without any court warrant or charges. In emergency situations, according to the Indian Constitution, the elected representatives, such as a Member of Parliament, should not be denied the right to meet, as this violates the country’s constitution. This exposes the anti-farmer face of both the state and central governments. I strongly condemn this entire action. Forcing the country’s food providers onto the streets and not listening to them is a blatant disrespect to the farmers. – MP Sarabjit Singh Khalsa
