ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 18 ਨਵੰਬਰ: ਅੱਜ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਭਵਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਮੋਰਚਾ (ਭਾਰਤ) ਅਤੇ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ (ਗੈਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ) ਨੇ 6 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵੱਲ ਵੱਡੇ ਜਥਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੂਚ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ 280 ਦਿਨ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 8 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਤਰਫੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਤਿੱਖੀ ਗਰਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਦੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਅੰਦੋਲਨਕਾਰੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ-ਮਜਦੂਰ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ, ਖਨੌਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਤਨਪੁਰਾ (ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ) ਵਿਖੇ ਮੋਰਚਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਡਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ, 6 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ
ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ ਤੇ ਬੈਠਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ 10 ਦਿਨ ਬਾਅਦ, 6 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜਦੂਰ ਜਥੇ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵੱਲ ਬੇਰਿਕੇਡਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਕੂਚ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਪਹਿਲੇ ਜਥੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂ, ਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੁਤਾਲਾ, ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਫੂਲ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਣ ‘ਤੇ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਆਗੂ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਸੁਖਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਰਦੋਝੰਡੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਮਰਨ ਵਰਤ ਤੇ ਬੈਠਣਗੇ।
ਕਾਲੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਲੇ ਝੰਡੇ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਆਮ ਜਨਤਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਰਸਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

Farmers and Laborers to March from Shambhu Border to Delhi on December 6
Chandigarh, November 18: During a press conference held at Kisan Bhawan in Chandigarh, Kisan Mazdoor Morcha (India) and Samyukt Kisan Morcha (Non-Political) announced that on December 6, large groups of farmers and laborers would march from the Shambhu Border towards Delhi. Leaders shared that today marks the 280th day of the protest.
They pointed out that for the past eight months, the government has not shown any serious intent to address their demands. Despite extreme heat and cold, the protesting farmers and laborers have remained steadfast at Shambhu, Khanauri, and Ratanpura (Rajasthan) protest sites.
Fast Unto Death from November 26, March on December 6
The leaders announced that on November 26, Jagjit Singh Dallewal would begin a fast unto death. Ten days later, on December 6, groups of farmers and laborers would march towards Delhi, pushing through barricades. The first group will be led by Satnam Singh Pannu, Swinder Singh Chutala, and Surjit Singh Phul.
Alternate Leader in Case of Martyrdom
They stated that if Jagjit Singh Dallewal achieves martyrdom during the hunger strike, Sukhjeet Singh Hardojhandi would take his place on the fast.
Black Flags and Consideration for Public Convenience
The leaders declared that from November 26 onwards, BJP leaders in Punjab would face protests with black flags. To ensure minimal disruption to the public, the farmers clarified that roads would remain open, reiterating that the blockades were imposed by the government, not the farmers.
