ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਬੰਦ MP ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਗੁਰਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਜਲਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰਾ ! HC ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਖਡੂਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਤੇ ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਬੰਦ ਸਾਥੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰਾ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਗੁਰਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਜਲਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ’ਚ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਡਿਬਰੂਗੜ੍ਹ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਗੁਰਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਔਜਲਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰਾ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਔਜਲਾ ਦੀ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਜਵਾਬ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ 4 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ’ਤੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਔਜਲਾ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ’ਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੈਰਕ ਬਦਲ ਕੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ ਬੈਰਕ ’ਚ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਬਦਲਣ ਦੀ ਔਜਲਾ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
There are concerns about the safety of Gurinderpal Singh Aujla, an associate of Waris Punjab De chief and MP from Sri Khadoor Sahib, Amritpal Singh, who is currently in jail. As per available information, Gurinderpal Singh Aujla has filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, requesting a transfer to another jail. Following this, a notice has been issued to the Punjab government.
Aujla, currently lodged in Dibrugarh Jail, has expressed fears for his life and has requested to be shifted to another jail within the country. The High Court has issued a notice to the Punjab government, seeking a response to Aujla’s petition.
The next hearing on this petition, along with other related petitions, is scheduled for November 4 in the High Court.
It is worth noting that Aujla was previously transferred to a different barrack within the jail, following his earlier request. Now, Aujla is seeking a complete transfer to a different jail.
