ਮਾਨਸਾ : ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਲੇਟਾਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਵਧੀਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਓਸੇਪਚਨ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੰਹਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 163 ਅਧੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਦੀ ਹਦੂਦ ਅੰਦਰ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਦੁਕਾਨਦਾਰ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਲੇਟਾਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਜਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਲਈ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਵਧੀਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਰਾਰਤੀ ਅਨਸਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਲੇਟਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬੜੀ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਹੀਕਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਾਅਲੀ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਲੇਟਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਵਿਚ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਰੇਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਫੀ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਲੇਟ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਹੀਕਲ ਤੋਂ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਲੇਟ ਬਣਾਕੇ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਨੰਬਰ ਪਲੇਟ ਸਿਰਫ ਵਾਹਨ ‘ਤੇ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਣਦੇਖੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
Mansa : Strict guidelines have been issued for shops that prepare vehicle number plates. Additional District Magistrate Nirmal Osepchan, using the powers granted under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Code, has issued orders for all shopkeepers involved in making number plates within the district limits of Mansa. The Additional District Magistrate mentioned that mischievous elements can easily get fake number plates made from these shops and later use such vehicles to commit crimes, making it difficult to trace the vehicles involved in the incidents.
He further stated that number plate shops must not issue plates to any individual without the vehicle being present and that the number plate should only be provided after being affixed to the vehicle. He warned that if anyone is found violating these rules, strict action will be taken against them.
