37 ਹਜਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਪਈਆਂ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਲੋਂ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ
ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ 17 ਨਵੰਬਰ (ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲਸਾ):- ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਦੇ ਆਕਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਟੋਆ ਸਕੁਏਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਹੋਮਲੈਂਡ ਲਈ ਜਨਮਤ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਹੋਏ । ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁਲ ਅਬਾਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਹ ਹਜਾਰ ਵਿੱਚੋ ਸੈਂਤੀ ਹਜਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ/ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਹਕ਼ ਵਿਚ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ । ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਗੀਆਂ ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਲੰਮੀਆਂ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਵਧਾਣਾ ਪੈ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਸਨ ।
ਜਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਲੋਂ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ ਰੁਕਵਾਣ ਦੇ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ ਦਬਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਸ ਫਾਰ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਕਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਰਾਏਸ਼ੁਮਾਰੀ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਮੋਦੀ ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਾਇਸ਼ੁਮਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ।
ਐਸਐਫਜੇ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਰਾਏਸ਼ੁਮਾਰੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਯੂਨਾਈਟਿਡ ਕਿੰਗਡਮ, ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਤਨ ਲਈ ਜਨਮਤ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਰਾਏਸ਼ੁਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਹੋਮਲੈਂਡ ਲਈ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਇੱਕ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ 1947 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੱਧ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਨੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਹੋਮਲੈਂਡ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਹਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਮ ਸਿੱਧ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਆਰਾਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
New Delhi, November 17 (Manpreet Singh Khalsa): A referendum for a separate Sikh homeland was held at Auckland’s Aotea Square, New Zealand, where over 37,000 Sikhs and Punjabis voted in favor of Khalistan. This was out of a total Sikh population of 50,000. The turnout was so large that voting time had to be extended, but many were still unable to vote.
Despite pressure from India to stop the referendum, New Zealand allowed Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) to hold the Khalistan referendum. Prime Minister Modi’s efforts to prevent the event were unsuccessful.
SFJ’s report stated that similar referendums had already been held in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The overwhelming participation in these votes has reportedly discouraged the Indian government. The results of the Auckland referendum will be shared with the United Nations and other international organizations to gather global support for an independent Sikh homeland.
The report stresses that India must recognize the rights and freedoms of Sikhs, as the Khalistan movement continues to inspire Sikhs worldwide in their struggle for independence. It also expressed regret about the oppression faced by Sikhs since 1947 under successive Indian governments, which has only strengthened their demand for a separate homeland.
The report concludes that the demand for Khalistan is the dream and birthright of every Sikh, and they will not stop until they achieve independence from India. This fight for a free nation is deeply rooted in their identity.
