ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਿਆ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹਿਮਾਇਤ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਸਾਧੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਾਣਬੁਝ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਦੇ ਪਿਛੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ।
ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਦੋਸ਼
ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਘੱਟ ਮੁੱਲ ‘ਤੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਵੇਚਣ ‘ਤੇ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 300 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਦੀ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਘਵ ਚੱਢਾ ‘ਤੇ ਆਕਰਮਕ
ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਘਵ ਚੱਢਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 44,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਪੈਸਾ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ‘ਚ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਵਜਿਹ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਗੂ ਸਰਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਧੇਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਚਲਦੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਜਾਮ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਪੈ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

Central Minister Ravneet Bittu Targets Punjab Government, Accuses Kejriwal and Raghav Chadha of Being Punjab’s Enemies
Punjab’s Central Minister, Ravneet Bittu, was seen addressing the farmers’ protest once again today. While he expressed support for the farmers’ sit-in, he also directed his criticism towards the Punjab government and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi. Speaking to reporters, Bittu stated that the Punjab government is deliberately harassing the people, and the cause of the farmers’ protest is none other than the Aam Aadmi Party.
Farmers Being Targeted Under a Conspiracy
The Central Minister alleged that the government is intentionally not purchasing farmers’ produce from the mandis to save costs. He claimed that under a calculated conspiracy, the government is putting farmers in a position where they are forced to sell their produce at lower prices, allowing the government to save money. Bittu pointed out that later, ₹300 per quintal would be charged from farmers, which would ultimately go to Kejriwal.
Kejriwal and Raghav Chadha: Punjab’s Adversaries
Bittu specifically targeted AAP, stating that Punjab is under the influence of former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Raghav Chadha. He labeled both of them as enemies of Punjab, which has resulted in the non-purchase of paddy in the state. He claimed that inspectors are not issuing purchase orders and that there is no control from the government. If there was proper control, a system could have been established, but that is not happening, leading to piles of paddy sitting in the mandis. This, he asserted, is being done deliberately.
Allegations Against Punjab’s Chief Minister
During the press conference, Ravneet Bittu accused Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann of misusing ₹44,000 crore provided by the central government for the purchase of paddy, claiming that the Punjab government is using this money for the Delhi Assembly elections. He remarked that it was unprecedented for farmers to have to protest on the streets like this. Bittu emphasized that the current issues are not just about farmers, miners, laborers, or the central government. The ₹44,000 crore had been allocated by the central government two months ago specifically for the purchase of crops at minimum support prices. Despite this, the Punjab government continues to harass farmers and create a contentious atmosphere.
Farmers’ Side of the Story
It is noteworthy that farmers in Punjab are struggling in the mandis due to the lack of government purchases of paddy. They are protesting against actions taken regarding stubble burning and the shortage of DAP fertilizers. On this occasion, farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher in Amritsar mentioned that farmers are continuously protesting their demands, but the government is paying no attention. Consequently, farmers feel compelled to block roads. He noted that during festival days, farmers are facing violence from the authorities, and from Dussehra to Diwali, they are compelled to take to the streets. Farmers are questioning whom they can speak to regarding their issues. While they acknowledge that the public is suffering, they feel forced to protest due to their circumstances.
