ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਸਾਬੋ, 29 ਸਤੰਬਰ (ਗੁਰਜੰਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਥੇਹਾ)- ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਨਾਮੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵੀ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਮਾਲਵਾ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੇ ਆਜ਼ਮ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਖੂਨਦਾਨ ਕੈਂਪ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕੈਂਪ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਰਘਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਯੁਵਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਲਕਾਣਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਬਿਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਕਲੱਬ ਸਰਪਰਸਤ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਬਰਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੀ ਆਇਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਕਲੱਬ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਹੈਪੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆਂ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬਲੱਡ ਬੈਂਕ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲੱਡ ਦੀਆਂ 40 ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਯੂਨਿਟਾਂ ਇਕੱਤਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਕ੍ਰਿਸਟਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸ ਗਰਗ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਰੀਤਿਕਾ ਬਾਂਸਲ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਅੱਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਰਸੇਮ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ, ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਤੂਰ, ਗੁਰਚਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੀਐਸਸੀ, ਬਰਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਮਹੇਸ਼ਵਰੀ, ਡਾ. ਨਵਦੀਪ ਕਾਲੜਾ, ਡਾ. ਪਰਸ਼ੋਤਮ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਹਾਰਾ ਕਲੱਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਠਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ। ਕਲੱਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖੂਨਦਾਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਫਰੈਸ਼ਮੈਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਚਿੰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਕਲੱਬ ਖਜਾਨਚੀ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਭਲਾਈ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਚੱਠਾ, ਸ਼ੁਭਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਅਰਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਗਿੱਲ, ਵਿਜੈ ਪਾਲ ਚੌਧਰੀ, ਜਗਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਅਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਜਤ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਬੱਡੂ, ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਆਦਿ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
Talwandi Sabo, 29 September (Gurjant Singh Natheha) – The renowned social service organization, Malwa Welfare Club, organized a blood donation and medical camp to commemorate the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh. The camp was inaugurated by the chief guest, Raghvir Singh Maan, Assistant Director, Youth Services Department, Bathinda. Special guests included Ranjit Singh Malkana, Manager of Khalsa School, and Principal Bikramjit Singh Sidhu of Khalsa School.
Club patrons Amritpal Brar and Chairman Shekhar Talwandi welcomed everyone and shared the club’s activities. Club President Vikas Singla and Secretary Gagandeep Happy mentioned that around 40 units of blood were collected by the team from Bathinda’s Government Blood Bank. Doctors Prince Garg and Ritika Bansal from Crystal Hospital conducted free medical check-ups and provided necessary tests and medicines to patients.
The camp saw participation from community members like Tarsem Singla, Gurdeep Toor, Gurcharan Singh BSc, Brindarpal Maheshwari, Dr. Navdeep Kalra, Dr. Parshotam Singh, and Gurdev Singh Chattha from Sahara Club. Blood donors were honored with refreshments and mementos, and Club Treasurer Mandeep Singh Dhaliwal thanked all attendees. The chief guests praised the club’s efforts in social welfare. Club office-bearers and members like Rajinder Chattha, Shubhdeep Singh, Arshdeep Gill, Vijay Pal Chaudhary, Jagandeep Singh, Amandeep Singh, Sukhwinder Singh, Rajat Kumar, Balwinder Baddoo, and Ranjit Singh Brar were present.
