2020-21 ਦੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ 1 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲੀਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਜੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤ ਅਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਲਖੀਮਪੁਰ ਖੀਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਧਰਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੈਦਲ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਚਾੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ, 4 ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ 1 ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਸਾਥੀ ਦੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਤਹਿ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਘੁੰਮ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਲੀਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਰੇਲ ਰੋਕੋ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜਦੂਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਦੇ ਕੋਆਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸਰਵਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਧੇਰ ਨੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਰੇਲ ਮਾਰਗ ਤੇ ਦੇਵੀਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਫਾਟਕ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਤੋਂ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ 5 ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਰਾਜਿਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੰਗਾਨਗਰ, ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਝਾਬੂਆ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਬਾਲਾ, ਤਾਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਇੰਬਟੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ 22 ਜਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫਲ ਰੇਲ ਰੋਕੋ ਧਰਨਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਲਖੀਮਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸਰਵਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਧੇਰ ਨੇ ਦੇਵੀਦਾਸਪੁਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ 2 ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਕੇ. ਐਮ. ਐਮ. ( ਭਾਰਤ ) ਅਤੇ ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚਾ (ਗੈਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਭਾਰਤ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਰੇਲ ਰੋਕੋ ਸੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮੀਦ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਇੱਕਠ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਛੋਟੇ ਪੈ ਗਏ। ਦੋਨਾਂ ਫ਼ੋਰਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਰੇਲ ਚੱਕਾ ਜ਼ਾਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਚਲਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜਦੂਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 2 ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਤੇ ਰੇਲ ਚੱਕਾ ਜ਼ਾਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਐਨ ਡੀ ਏ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਜੋਗੀ ਅਦਿੱਤਿਆਨਾਥ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਿਆ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਦੇਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਲਖੀਮਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਜ਼ਾਏ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਾਂਗੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ 1 ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਧੂਰੀਆਂ ਪਈਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਵਾਓਣ ਲਈ ਜਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ 2 ਅੱਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਗਲੇ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਬਣ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਕਤਲਕਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਮੋਹਰੀ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਰੇਲ ਰੋਕੋ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨਾਲ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ 2 ਘੰਟੇ ਦੀ ਤਕਲੀਫ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਕਲੀਫ ਅਤੇ ਘਾਟਾ ਨਾ ਸਹਿਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਸੋ ਸਾਡਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਤੱਕ ਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਡੱਲੇਵਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜੂ, ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੋਹੜੀ, ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼, ਮਿ. ਅਨੰਦ ਤਾਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ, ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਲੌਂਗੋਵਾਲ, ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਫੂਲ, ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਭਰਾ, ਜੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਟੇਰੀ, ਦਿਲਬਾਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ, ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੁਲਾਮੀਵਾਲਾ, ਓਂਕਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੰਗਾਲਾ, ਕਾਕਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟੜਾ, ਗੁਰ ਅਮਨੀਤ ਮਾਂਗਟ, ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਏ, ਤੇ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਭਰ ਤੋਂ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਮਜਦੂਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਰੇਲ ਮਾਰਗ ਦੇਵੀਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਤੇ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਲੇਰ, ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਬਾ, ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਟਲਾ, ਬਲਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੱਗਾ,ਲਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਡਾਲਾ, ਕੰਧਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੋਏਵਾਲ, ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਚਾਟੀਵਿੰਡ, ਕੁਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਲੇ, ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਿੰਦੂ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੱਗੋਮਾਹਲ, ਮੰਗਜੀਤ ਸਿੱਧਵਾਂ, ਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੂਪੋਵਾਲੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਜਦੂਰ ਤੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਹਾਜ਼ਿਰ ਹੋਏ।
Farmers Protest Organizes Successful 2-Hour Rail Blockade in Five States, Demands Jail Sentences for Lakhimpur Kheri Killers and Resolution of Farmers’ Issues

On the anniversary of the 2020-21 Delhi Farmers’ Movement, a nationwide 2-hour rail blockade was staged today across five states, demanding justice for the victims of the Lakhimpur Kheri massacre and the resolution of farmers’ demands. Three years ago, during a peaceful protest in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh, Ashish Mishra, the son of then Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Mishra, allegedly ran over four farmers and a journalist, leading to their deaths. Despite charges being filed against the accused, they remain free.
Speaking from the protest site on the Amritsar-Delhi railway line at the Devidaspur crossing, Sarwan Singh Pandher, coordinator of the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee and Kisan Mazdoor Morcha, emphasized the movement’s demand for the immediate arrest and sentencing of those responsible for the killings. The blockade was organized in Rajasthan (Ganganagar), Madhya Pradesh (Jhabua), Haryana (Ambala), Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore), and in 22 districts across Punjab.
Pandher, addressing the media, shared that the turnout in Amritsar exceeded expectations, causing logistical challenges for the organizers. He also highlighted the involvement of two major farmer organizations, KMM (Bharat) and the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha (Non-Political), which led the nationwide protest. The demonstrators called for justice, with Pandher affirming that the farmers’ struggle will persist until justice is served. He criticized the BJP-led NDA government and Uttar Pradesh’s Yogi Adityanath administration for shielding the accused. He expressed concern that the delay in justice is eroding public trust in the legal system.
Pandher stressed that the memory of the farmers who sacrificed their lives during the first Delhi movement will not fade, and their incomplete demands will be pursued relentlessly. He added that while the rail blockade may have caused temporary inconvenience to the public, the pain and losses faced by the victimized families are far greater.
Leaders from various states, including Jagjit Singh Dallewal (Punjab), Ranjit Singh Raju, Amarjit Singh Mohri, Parmjeet (Madhya Pradesh), Mr. Anand (Tamil Nadu), Jaswinder Longowal, Surjit Singh Phool, Sukhwinder Singh Sabhra, Jang Singh Bhateri, and thousands of farmers, laborers, and women, participated in the protests, all demanding that justice be delivered to the families of the Lakhimpur Kheri victims.
At the Devidaspur protest site on the Delhi-Amritsar railway line, Ranjit Singh Kaler, Gurbachan Singh Chabba, Sukhdev Singh Chatwind, Kuljit Singh Kale, Balwinder Singh Bindu, and several other prominent farmer leaders were present, raising their voices in unity with the national movement.
