ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ, 4 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ (ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲਸਾ):- ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਐਮਾਜ਼ੋਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਾਵਨ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੈਂਚੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵੇਚਣ ਦਾ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਵਿਕਰੀ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪੋਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਐਪ ’ਤੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਵੇਚਣਾ ਹਰਗਿਜ਼ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਸਟੋਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਪੋਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਾਇਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਹ ਇਕ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੀ ਥਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਪੁੱਜਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪੁੱਜਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਅਥਾਹ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਤੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਐਮਾਜ਼ੋਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਕਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਖ ਮਨਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਭਾਰੀ ਰੋਸ ਦੀ ਲਹਿਰ ਹੈ। ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਧਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਐਮਾਜ਼ੋਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਵਨ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਬਲੀਸ਼ਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਉਹ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਵਨ ਪੋਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਵੇਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰੇਜ ਕਰਨ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਇਕੱਤਰਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਣ ‘’ਤੇ ਐਮਾਜ਼ੋਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਵਿਕਰੀ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਐਮਾਜ਼ੋਨ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਣ।
New Delhi, October 4 (Manpreet Singh Khalsa): Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, president of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, has issued a stern notice to online retailer Amazon to immediately halt the sale of Gutka Sahib and sacred Gurbani texts on their website. The committee president stated that selling Sikh religious texts and Gutka Sahib online is absolutely intolerable, as it undermines the respect due to these sacred books. When parcels are transported from one place to another, it is natural for their sanctity to be compromised.
He emphasized that the Sikh community has immense faith and respect for Gurbani, and the online sale of Gutka Sahib by Amazon has sparked significant outrage among the Sikh community. Advocate Dhami has demanded that Amazon promptly remove Gutka Sahib from its website.
He urged publishers to avoid selling Gutka Sahib and sacred texts online, keeping in mind the respect for Gurbani. The committee president remarked that this is a very serious issue that will also be discussed in the upcoming meeting of the Religious Propagation Committee. He noted that legal notices had previously been sent to Amazon regarding similar issues, which led to the cessation of online sales of Gutka Sahib. A letter is being drafted to Amazon, requesting them to remove Gutka Sahib from their website and to provide clarification to the Shiromani Committee.
