ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ: ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਵਧੀਆਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ
ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਈ ਰੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਰਾ ਸੱਚਾ ਸੌਦਾ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਚਾਰ ਹਫਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਵਾਬ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਸਾਮ੍ਹਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ।
ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਅਦਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ‘ਤੇ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲੇਗਾ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਲੋੜ ਪਈ ਤਾਂ ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵਕੀਲ ਦਾ ਪੱਖ
ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਖੁਰਾਣਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਸਲੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਡੇਰਾ ਸੱਚਾ ਸੌਦਾ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੈਰੋਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਲੈਣਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।”

ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ 2015 ਦੇ ਜੂਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਬੁਰਜ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਦੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਸਤੰਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੇ ਅਪਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ। ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਫਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਅੰਗ ਮਿਲੇ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੋਏ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਚਰਚਾ

Supreme Court’s Major Decision in Sacrilege Case: Dera Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s Troubles Mount as Punjab Government Greenlights Three Cases
New Delhi: In a significant decision in the sacrilege case, the Supreme Court has lifted the stay imposed by the High Court, allowing the proceedings in the related cases to move forward. The Court has also issued a notice to Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim, asking him to respond within four weeks. This comes after the Punjab government filed a petition nearly four days ago, seeking action. With this decision, the Dera chief’s legal troubles have deepened, as he now faces trial in three separate cases.
Trial to Proceed in Faridkot Court
The Punjab government has granted approval to prosecute Gurmeet Ram Rahim in three cases related to sacrilege. The trial will now take place in a Faridkot court. The government has hinted that if required, the Dera chief could also be interrogated in connection with the case.
Dera Chief’s Lawyer Responds
In response to the Supreme Court’s decision, the Dera chief’s lawyer, Jatinder Khurana, stated, “We strongly condemn the sacrilege incidents. However, we urge the Punjab government to conduct an impartial investigation to bring the real culprits to light. The Dera chief or any of his followers are not involved in these acts.”
The Full Story of the Sacrilege Incident
The sacrilege controversy dates back to June 2015, when the Guru Granth Sahib was stolen from a gurdwara in the village of Burj Jawahar Singh Wala, Faridkot. In September of that year, blasphemous posters were put up in the villages of Jawahar Singh Wala and Bargari. The situation escalated in October when torn pages of the Guru Granth Sahib were found near a gurdwara in Bargari, leading to widespread protests across Punjab. The police opened fire on the protesters, resulting in the deaths of two demonstrators, further inflaming tensions in the state.
Issue Raised in Punjab Vidhan Sabha
The sacrilege issue has also been a hot topic in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Congress MLAs, along with Aam Aadmi Party MLA Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, have raised concerns about delays in the investigation, claiming that the file related to the Dera chief had been pending with the Chief Minister’s office for over two years. In response, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann assured the assembly that new evidence had emerged and appropriate action would be taken.
Mounting Troubles for Dera Chief
While the Dera chief’s legal team insists that neither he nor his followers were involved in the sacrilege incidents, the Punjab government’s ongoing actions suggest the case is far from over, and Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s challenges are only increasing.
