ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਹਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਠਾਨਮਾਜਰਾ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਐਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਦਰਅਸਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਐਨ.ਆਰ.ਆਈ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ 7 ਖਿਲਾਫ ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਥਾਣਾ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਸਨੌਰ ਤੋਂ ‘ਆਪ’ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਹਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਠਾਨਮਾਜਰਾ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਨਛੱਤਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਘਰ ‘ਤੇ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਜਿਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਹਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਠਾਨਮਾਜਰਾ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪਤਨੀ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਗੁਰੀ ਸਮੇਤ 7 ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਫਰਾਰ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੀ 20 ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਗੁਰੀ ਨੇ ਉਕਤ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਐਨਆਰਆਈ ਨਛੱਤਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਨਆਰਆਈ ਨੂੰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਸੀ । ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਜਗਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਮਿਸੀਸਾਗਾ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਦੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਐਸਐਸਪੀ ਨਵਨੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ ਨੂੰ ਈਮੇਲ ਭੇਜ ਕੇ ਮਕਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਸੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ
ਐਸਐਚਓ ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਫਰਾਰ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਪਠਾਣ ਮਾਜਰਾ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਗੁਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਸਬੰਧ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਐਨਆਰਆਈ ਨਛੱਤਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦੇ ਘੁਮਾਣ ਚੌਕ ਸਥਿਤ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਮਕਾਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਸੀ। ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਕਾਨ ’ਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਨੀਅਤ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ। ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਪਠਾਣ ਮਾਜਰਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਲੈਣ-ਦੇਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
Ludhiana: Punjab’s ‘AAP’ MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra’s wife, Gurpreet Kaur, faces an FIR registered by police following a complaint by an NRI. Police initiated the case against Gurpreet Kaur and seven others based on allegations by the NRI. It is reported that under the jurisdiction of the Sudhar police station in Ludhiana, an FIR for fraud has been lodged against Gurpreet Kaur, wife of AAP MLA from Sanaur, Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra. The allegations claim that they attempted to illegally seize elderly NRI Nachattar Singh’s property using forged documents.
Ex-Wife and Associates on the Run
Sources indicate that Gurpreet Kaur Guri, the ex-wife of AAP MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra, along with seven other accused, is currently absconding, and police are actively searching for them.
Previous Case of Harassment Against the Elderly Man
Notably, on August 20, Gurpreet Kaur Guri had filed a physical harassment case against the elderly NRI Nachattar Singh. However, Nachattar Singh was later granted bail in that case. Subsequently, his son, Sandeep Singh Jagpal, reached out to SSP Navneet Singh Bains of Ludhiana Rural via email from Mississauga, Canada, requesting that a case be filed against those attempting to seize his father’s property.
The Full Case Details
According to SHO Jaswinder Singh, all accused are currently on the run, with ongoing raids to locate them. Reportedly, due to familial connections with MLA Pathanmajra’s ex-wife, Nachattar Singh had entrusted Gurpreet Kaur Guri with the management of his multi-crore property located at Ghuman Chowk in Sudhar. Allegedly, the accused prepared forged documents to seize the property. MLA Pathanmajra previously stated that he has no connection or involvement with Gurpreet Kaur in this matter.
