ਇਸ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਕਟ ‘ਚ ਪਾਏ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਖੁਦ ਹੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡਦਾ ਹਾਂ।ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੰਥਕ ਸੋਚ ਵਾਲੇ ਟਕਸਾਲੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਦੇਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਰਗਾਂ ‘ਚ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਖੂਨ ਵਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਗਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰੂਹ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਹੈ।ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਹੀ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਮੇਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਤੋੜਣ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।ਅੱਜ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਜਰੂਰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।ਹਾਂ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਕਰਵਾਕੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸਫਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜਰੂਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।ਪਰ ਤਖਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਦਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਣ ਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸੋਚ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਖ ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੀ।ਜਿਸਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਵੀਡੀਓਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਨੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ,ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਵੀਡੀਓਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਬਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।ਮੇਰੀ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਰਘਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵੀਡੀਓਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ ਦੀ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਤਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾਲਤਾ ਕਰਨ।
ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਪਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਤੇ ਪੈਨਡਰਾਈਵ (pendrive) ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ BJP ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਡਾਕੂਮੈਂਟਸ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਜਨਤਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾਲਤਾ ਕਰਨ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੱਤ੍ਰਿਕਾ ਤੇ ਸਬੂਤਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ pendrive ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁੱਝ ਆਪ ਜਨਤਕ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।

“I accept the decision of Singh Sahibans at Sri Akal Takht Sahib with humility after my appearance today. Without causing any further inconvenience to the leadership of Shiromani Akali Dal, I voluntarily resign from the party’s primary membership. I know that the leadership has always showered me with love and considered me a traditional Akali with Panthic values.
Akali blood runs through my veins and will continue to flow forever. As a humble Sikh, I accept the decision of Singh Sahibans from the core of my soul. The Sikh community has always been connected to the Akali Dal through Sri Akal Takht Sahib. This might be the first shocking decision in Sikh politics that separates an Akali from the Akali Dal. Today, the anti-Akali forces might rejoice. Yes, Giani Harpreet Singh has indeed tried to create fear in the Akali ranks with this order. However, Takhts have always worked to unite Sikhs with Sikhi and Akali thought, not create fear.
I humbly presented my stance before the Singh Sahibans today. The entire proceeding was videographed. I was informed by the Singh Sahibans at the start of the hearing that my entire presentation was being recorded and would later be released to the media. I respectfully request Jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh Ji to kindly make this footage public.
I also request that the letter of my clarification and the pendrive containing the documents proving Giani Harpreet Singh Ji’s connection with the BJP and the central government should also be released to the public.
If, for any reason, the secretariat of Sri Akal Takht Sahib does not release my letter of clarification and the pendrive, I will make everything public myself tomorrow. Apologies for any mistakes.
To the people of the Khemkaran constituency, I request that my family and I will remain active in politics as before. We will continue to stand with the people in both happiness and sorrow and will always be available for any help.”
