ਚੰਡੀਗੜ : ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਲਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਡਾਲਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜ ਮੈਂਬਰੀ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਜ਼ਿੰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਦੂਮਾਜਰਾ, ਸ: ਸਿਕੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਲੂਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ: ਪ੍ਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਢੀਡਸਾ, ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਗਗਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਨਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਲ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਫੜਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਜੱਥੇਦਾਰ ਵਡਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਪਿਛਲੇ 20 ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਲ ਰਿਹਾ , ਨਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਝੋਨਾ ਧੀਮੀ ਗਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਕਾਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਭਰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਝੋਨਾ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਲਈ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀ। ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਫੌਰੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣ ਹਿੱਤ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤਲਬ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੱਥੇਦਾਰ ਵਡਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨਾ ਲੜਨ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਰਮ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਤੇ ਕਾਬਜ ਧੜਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਿਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਰਤ ਕੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਾਦਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਸੇ ਨਿਰਾਦਰ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਉਦਾਰਹਣ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫੇਰ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਜੱਥੇਦਾਰ ਵਡਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, ਅੱਜ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਆਤਮਘਾਤੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਕੰਧ ਤੇ ਲਿਖੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਪੜ੍ਹਨਾ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਮਰਿਆਦਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਘੋਰ ਅਵੱਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉ ਕਿ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਸ੍ਰੌਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਤਨਖਾਹੀਆ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਪੂਰੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੂੰ। ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ ਇਸ ਪੰਥਕ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਣਾ ਮੰਦਭਾਗਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਵਡਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਰਘੁਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਅੱਜ ਬੜਾ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਸਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਲੜਨ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਸਿਰਫ ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਹੀ ਤਨਖਾਹੀਆ ਕਰਾਰ ਹਨ। ਉੱਨਾਂ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਥਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਲੀਡਰਸਿੱਪ ਨੂੰ “ਤਨਖਾਈਏ” ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਭਾਸਾ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਮਜੋਰੀ ਤੇ ਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਖੜਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਸਗੋ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਨਫਰਤ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਝੀ ਚਾਲ ਚੱਲਣਾਂ ਅਤਿ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ।
ਜੱਥੇਦਾਰ ਵਡਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, ਅਸੀਂ ਬੜੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਤੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਕਰਦੇ ਆਏ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਥਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਹਿ ਨਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀ ਜਗੀਰ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਸਰਾਸਰ ਗਲਤ ਹੈ। ਅੱਜ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਜੱਥੇਦਾਰ ਵਡਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਮੁੜ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਝੂੰਦਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸਿਫਾਰਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਇਲੈਕਸਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 78 ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 7% ਵੋਟ ਪਈ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਆਤਮਘਾਤੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਖਾਤਮੇ ਵੱਲ ਧੱਕ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
Chandigarh: A five-member delegation led by Gurpartap Singh Wadala, the convenor of the Shromani Akali Dal (Reform Movement), met with the Governor of Punjab to appeal for support for farmers struggling in the mandis. The delegation included Pro. Prem Singh Chandumajra, S. Sikandar Singh Malooka, S. Parminder Singh Dheedsa, Charanjit Singh Brar, and Gaganjit Singh Barnala.
During the meeting, Wadala informed the honorable Governor about the plight of farmers, stating that they have been suffering for the past 20 days due to a lack of purchases in the mandis. He noted that not only is the purchase of paddy stagnant, but the small quantities that have been bought are not being cleared, causing the mandis to overflow and leaving farmers with no space to offload more paddy. The delegation demanded an immediate report from Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann regarding the farmers’ issues.
In response to the decision by the Shromani Akali Dal to abstain from upcoming by-elections, Wadala criticized the party’s leadership, claiming they have consistently disrespected the sanctity of Sri Akal Takht Sahib for their political gains. He asserted that the recent self-destructive decision was a clear indication of the party’s downfall. Wadala emphasized that it is unfair to link this decision to the dignity of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, especially since only Sukhbir Singh Badal, the party president, has been declared “tainted” and not the entire leadership.
Wadala pointed out that Jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh has clearly stated that there are no restrictions on the Akali Dal contesting elections; only Sukhbir Singh Badal is under scrutiny. He condemned the leadership for trying to project their weaknesses onto Sri Akal Takht Sahib, stating that such actions are detrimental to the sentiments of party workers and are unacceptable.
He reiterated that transforming a panthic party into a personal fiefdom is fundamentally wrong. Wadala remarked that the current condition of the Akali Dal has shifted to a model where Sukhbir Singh Badal is running it like a private limited company.
Finally, he emphasized that there is a strong sentiment among party workers urging Sukhbir Singh Badal to resign, a recommendation that the Jhoonda committee has already made. He pointed out that in the Lok Sabha elections, the party received only 7% of the votes across 78 constituencies, and this recent self-defeating decision has pushed the party towards extinction.
